Amazing is inadequate. The pimento cheese and warm pita bread was a great starter, and the brisket tacos was sublime. Finally the Ahi Tuna salad was chock full of perfectly cooked tuna. Go here.
Pretty good food, but nothing I'm dying to go back and get. I had the fish taco and it was tasty! I wash there was more of a sauce on it. It was a little dry for me. We sat out on the patio and it was the perfect fall day! This would be a good "after work drinks and a snack" kind of place though.
Visited the Local Station last night and enjoyed a great meal! I had the shrimp linguine and my wife had the chicken. Both dishes tasted great and sitting on the patio is a real plus now that its fall.
We needed to eat on our drive from GA to SC. We didn't want junk food, and this place looked good! Their menu had many things that sounded delicious. The building and outdoor patio were cute. Very relaxing feel, yet semi upscale. I wanted to eat outside but the fam wanted inside lol. They have bar seating w open air that looks out to the patio and little downtown Main Street. We sat in the little back room which was fine. We ordered a burger, which came w their homemade chips. The burger was good. Nothing spectacular, but hit the spot and was tasty. Good price. We also got a salad. Forget the name but it had green apples, nuts, bleu cheese. It was okay. It was fresh and nothing bad, it just needed a little more zing- something more added for flavor. Maybe different dressing? They didn't have a kids menu, so my picky kid got the $13 chicken finger plate lol. OMGOODNESS we did not expect it to be so huge, and sooooo DELICIOUS! Holy moly, that chicken stack is GOOD! It's super light. It doesn't have thick batter and not super deep fried. Light and flakey and crispy. Super moist, flavorful.chicken. Delicious honey mustard type sauce. Portion was huge so we all had some. We loved it so much, that we ordered another batch to take home for dinner lol . And also got their mashed potatoes as a side, which were just okay-- a little dry and smaller portion. We'd definitely come back just for the chicken, and to try other things, while sitting on their Sunny front patio. The cocktails looked good too! Happy to find this spot off the Highway. Worth a stop. Cute little downtown. Service was good. Fresh ingredients. Good quality. Prices decent. GET THE CHICKEN!!! Lol
Love this place! My besties and I have been coming here every year for the past 5 years, for our Christmas get together. We love it! We meet Eric this time and love him! He was super helpful and shared the other location they have. He was a huge help to me with my ribeye steak . Thank so much for making our dinner even more exciting.
